In 2009, the Swiss phase of the Bob Johnke Team event was held on May 9 at Christ Church in Ridgewood. Three teams in flights A and C and four teams in flight B qualified into a knockout phase which was played at the clubs in the months following the Swiss. Congratulations to the 2009 winners:
